FREAK SITES™ PROHIBITED ADS POLICY

Last Updated: July 2026

This Policy applies to Parking Spots, profiles, comments, photographs, videos, links, affiliate offers, and other content posted on FreakSites.com or any current or future Freak Sites™ Island that links to it.

Freak Sites is built for legitimate advertising, storytelling, publishing, promotion, and commerce—not illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, exploitative, abusive, or dangerous activity.

If it is illegal, fraudulent, exploitative, deceptive, stolen, or dangerous—do not post it.

1. USE THE CORRECT ISLAND

Different Islands allow different subjects. Content that belongs on one Island may be irrelevant, restricted, or prohibited on another.

Post each Parking Spot on an Island and within a category that genuinely fits its subject. Do not use an unrelated Island or category to avoid restrictions, obtain misleading traffic, or conceal what is actually being advertised.

When an Island-specific rule is more restrictive than this network policy, the Island-specific rule controls.

2. ILLEGAL OR DANGEROUS ACTIVITY

You may not use Freak Sites to advertise, arrange, encourage, conceal, or provide actionable assistance for unlawful goods, services, transactions, or conduct.

This includes content involving:

  • Criminal activity, theft, trafficking, smuggling, fraud, or evasion of law enforcement
  • Credible threats, solicitation of violence, or instructions intended to facilitate violent or criminal wrongdoing
  • Illegal explosives, bombs, explosive devices, or dangerous materials offered unlawfully
  • Hacking, unlawful surveillance, credential theft, phishing, or unauthorized access
  • Any transaction prohibited by applicable federal, state, local, or international law

The fact that content can be discussed, photographed, collected, or written about does not automatically mean it may be sold, transferred, facilitated, or used to teach wrongdoing.

3. FRAUD, SCAMS, AND DECEPTIVE OFFERS

Parking Spots must be real and honestly described. You may not post:

  • Fake identities, fake inventory, fake prices, fake reviews, or fabricated testimonials
  • Bait-and-switch offers, phishing pages, advance-fee scams, fake escrow, forged tickets, or gift-card fraud
  • False investment, financing, business-opportunity, income, discount, or scarcity claims
  • Illegal pyramid, endless-chain, gifting, or recruitment-only schemes
  • Any offer designed to mislead visitors about ownership, condition, availability, price, affiliation, compensation, or likely results

Lawful affiliate, referral, direct-selling, and network-based programs connected to genuine products or services may be advertised when they are represented honestly and comply with applicable disclosure requirements.

4. EXPLOITATION, ABUSE, AND MINORS

Freak Sites has zero tolerance for content involving:

  • Child sexual-abuse material, grooming, exploitation, trafficking, or endangerment of minors
  • Prostitution, sex trafficking, unlawful sexual services, or sexual exploitation
  • Nonconsensual intimate material or sexual content involving coercion or abuse
  • Human trafficking, forced labor, or exploitation of vulnerable people
  • Content intended to arrange abuse or obtain inappropriate contact with a minor

Suspected exploitation or immediate danger may be reported to appropriate authorities.

5. REGULATED, RESTRICTED, OR UNSAFE PRODUCTS

The following may be prohibited unless a specific Island expressly permits the category and the advertiser complies with all applicable laws, age restrictions, licenses, disclosures, payment rules, and shipping or transfer requirements:

  • Alcohol, tobacco, nicotine, vaping, gambling, raffles, sweepstakes, and other age-restricted activities
  • Prescription medication, medical devices, controlled substances, and health-related products
  • Animals, breeding, wildlife, animal products, adoption, and rehoming
  • Military, police, emergency, government, or export-controlled property
  • Hazardous chemicals, recalled products, radioactive materials, contaminated goods, or unsafe products

Illegal drugs, counterfeit medication, false or dangerous medical treatments, animal cruelty, wildlife trafficking, unlawfully sold government property, and unlawfully offered hazardous products are prohibited everywhere.

Freak Sites may prohibit or remove a regulated product even when an advertiser believes it is lawful if unresolved legal, safety, hosting, payment, or operational concerns remain.

6. WEAPONS AND WEAPONSFREAK.COM

Weapons-related commercial Parking Spots belong only on WeaponsFreak.com unless Freak Sites expressly approves another use.

WeaponsFreak.com may permit lawful editorial content, collecting, training, safety products, businesses, services, and certain lawful weapons-related advertisements under its current categories and rules.

The following remain prohibited across every Island, including WeaponsFreak.com:

  • Illegal or stolen weapons
  • Weapons offered or transferred unlawfully
  • Items with unlawfully removed or altered identifying information
  • Illegal modifications, bombs, grenades, or unlawful explosive devices
  • Instructions intended to construct unlawful explosive devices or facilitate violence
  • Threats, solicitation of violent crime, or content promoting unlawful harm

The advertiser is responsible for age restrictions, licensing, possession, shipping, transfer, and all other laws that apply.

7. STOLEN, COUNTERFEIT, OR UNAUTHORIZED MATERIAL

You may not advertise or post:

  • Stolen property or property you do not have authority to advertise or transfer
  • Contraband, smuggled goods, unlawfully altered serial numbers, or goods obtained through fraud
  • Counterfeit products, pirated media, forged documents, or replicas falsely presented as authentic
  • Government benefits, identification, credentials, titles, permits, or official documents transferred unlawfully
  • Photographs, writing, videos, logos, trademarks, or other content you do not own or have permission to use

Freak Sites may request reasonable proof of identity, ownership, authority, licensing, or lawful possession.

Questions involving photographs, writing, videos, or other content rights may also be handled under the Report a Content Rights Concern page.

8. PRIVATE INFORMATION, THREATS, AND HARASSMENT

You may not use Freak Sites to:

  • Publish passwords, complete financial information, complete payment-card information, Social Security numbers, private medical information, or government identification without lawful authority
  • Dox, stalk, extort, threaten, intimidate, or coordinate harassment against another person
  • Maliciously publish private communications, precise home locations, or other highly sensitive information
  • Credibly threaten or solicit violence
  • Promote hatred or violence against protected groups
  • Encourage self-harm or glorify exploitation and abuse

Criticism, opinion, humor, satire, religious expression, political speech, historical discussion, and controversial commentary are not automatically prohibited merely because someone dislikes or is offended by them. Context matters.

9. MALWARE, SPAM, AND PLATFORM MANIPULATION

You may not use a Parking Spot, profile, link, video, or other feature to:

  • Distribute malware, forced downloads, spyware, phishing, or credential-stealing tools
  • Conceal deceptive redirects or send visitors somewhere materially different from what was described
  • Harvest personal information unlawfully
  • Stuff affiliate cookies, manipulate referrals, generate fraudulent traffic, or alter view counts
  • Create fake accounts, fake inquiries, duplicate spam, automated mass submissions, or deceptive keyword stuffing
  • Interfere with website security, moderation, payment systems, affiliate tracking, search, or other users

Relevant business links, social links, affiliate links, booking links, videos, and calls to action are allowed when they are truthful, lawful, functional, and genuinely connected to the Parking Spot.

10. EDITORIAL, HISTORICAL, AND CONTROVERSIAL CONTENT

Freak Sites may allow legitimate editorial, historical, documentary, educational, cultural, religious, political, humorous, or opinion-based content involving sensitive or controversial subjects.

That permission does not allow someone to disguise an illegal advertisement, facilitate prohibited conduct, threaten people, exploit victims, or provide actionable assistance for wrongdoing.

YOU MAY DISCUSS IT.
THAT DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY MEAN YOU MAY SELL IT OR FACILITATE IT.

11. MODERATION AND ENFORCEMENT

Freak Sites may reject, request changes to, recategorize, restrict, unpublish, archive, or remove content that violates this Policy, another Freak Sites policy, Island-specific rules, applicable law, or third-party rights.

We may also restrict an account, reverse related affiliate commissions, limit future purchases, preserve relevant records, or report suspected unlawful activity when reasonably appropriate.

Publication does not mean Freak Sites verified, approved, endorsed, or guaranteed the Parking Spot. Failure to act immediately does not waive the right to act later.

Removal caused by a policy violation does not normally create a right to a refund.

12. REPORTING PROHIBITED CONTENT

Use the available report or flag feature when one is provided, or email:

Freak Sites, Inc.
Email: support@freaksites.com

Please include:

  • The Island involved
  • The exact Parking Spot or page URL
  • A brief description of the concern
  • Useful supporting information, if available

Do not place yourself in danger or attempt to investigate suspected criminal activity yourself.

This Policy should be read with the Freak Sites Terms and Conditions, Advertising Terms, Advertising Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Affiliate Terms, Legal & Earnings Disclosure, Report a Content Rights Concern page, and applicable Island rules.
