FREAK SITES™ TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Last Updated: August 2026
Welcome to Freak Sites. These Terms govern your use of FreakSites.com and any current or future Freak Sites™ website—called an Island—that links to or incorporates these Terms.
Freak Sites, Inc. may be referred to as Freak Sites, we, us, or our. A visitor, account holder, advertiser, affiliate, or other user may be referred to as you or your.
By creating an account, purchasing a product, posting content, or otherwise using an Island, you agree to these Terms and the policies that apply to the feature or product you use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. WHAT FREAK SITES IS
Freak Sites operates a network of niche WordPress websites where people and businesses can create full-page advertisements, stories, profiles, and other permitted content.
The standard advertising product is called a Parking Spot. Several Parking Spots connected to one profile can form a Garage or Channel.
Freak Sites provides the website, listing tools, hosting environment, payment connection, and related platform features. Unless we expressly say otherwise, Freak Sites is not the buyer, seller, broker, dealer, landlord, tenant, travel agent, booking provider, employer, contractor, weapons dealer, transfer agent, escrow service, inspector, appraiser, lender, insurer, or other party to a transaction between users.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to create an account or purchase a paid product. Some Islands, categories, products, or activities may have additional age, licensing, location, or legal requirements.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate account and contact information
- Keep your password reasonably secure
- Use only accounts you are authorized to use
- Promptly report unauthorized access
- Comply with laws that apply to you, your content, and any transaction
You may not impersonate another person or business, create accounts to avoid enforcement, or transfer an account without permission. Accounts, purchases, Parking Spots, and Affiliate Programs may be maintained separately on each Island.
3. THE $7 PARKING SPOT
At the time of this update, one standard full-page Parking Spot costs $7. The current product page and checkout page show the price and features that apply when you purchase.
There is no subscription solely for the standard Parking Spot.
There are no scheduled renewal charges.
There is no scheduled expiration.
A Parking Spot may remain live until you remove it, but continued publication is subject to these Terms, applicable policies, lawful content, account status, payment status, technical availability, and continued operation of the Island. “No scheduled expiration” is not a promise that any website, feature, URL, or hosting service will exist forever.
Each additional standard Parking Spot is a separate purchase. Optional products such as StoryDrive™, Video Features (including the YouTube Video Package), or future promotional services are purchased separately and may have different prices and terms.
THE PARKING SPOT IS THE PRODUCT.
THE GARAGE OR CHANNEL IS WHAT YOU BUILD.
THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM IS THE INCOME ENGINE.
4. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
You agree to pay the amount shown at checkout and authorize our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide. You are responsible for accurate billing information and any taxes, bank fees, or third-party charges that apply to you.
Prices and features may change before a future purchase. If an obvious pricing or technical error occurs, we may correct it, cancel the affected transaction, issue a refund, or offer another reasonable solution.
Refunds are governed by the current Advertising Refund Policy, product-specific terms, checkout disclosures, and applicable law. Please contact support before filing a chargeback so we can investigate legitimate billing concerns.
A fraudulent or abusive payment dispute may result in suspension of the related account, removal of the affected Parking Spot, reversal of related affiliate commissions, or restriction of future purchases.
5. YOUR CONTENT
You keep ownership of original content you create. You are responsible for everything you upload, publish, link, embed, or otherwise place on an Island, including photographs, writing, videos, prices, offers, contact information, business information, and transaction details.
You represent that:
- You own the content or have permission to use it
- The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- The content is lawful
- The content does not infringe another person’s rights
- You have any permissions, releases, licenses, or authority reasonably required to publish it
You grant Freak Sites a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, format, resize, display, index, share, and promote your content as reasonably necessary to operate the Island, display your Parking Spot, provide purchased services, create previews, and share the page through search engines or social media.
This license continues while the content is active. Limited copies may remain afterward in backups, records, cached pages, legal files, or promotional materials created while the content was active. Freak Sites does not claim ownership of your original content.
6. ACCEPTABLE USE
Use Freak Sites lawfully, honestly, and responsibly. You may not:
- Post illegal, stolen, counterfeit, fraudulent, deceptive, or prohibited material
- Misrepresent identity, ownership, authority, condition, price, availability, location, licensing, or legality
- Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights
- Post malware, phishing content, or other technically harmful material
- Harass, threaten, defame, exploit, stalk, or abuse another person
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk communications through the service
- Collect or misuse personal information without lawful authority
- Manipulate view counters, affiliate tracking, purchases, referrals, or account activity
- Attempt to bypass security, access restrictions, or moderation
- Use automated tools to overload, scrape, harvest, or copy the service without permission
- Use Freak Sites to facilitate fraud or an unlawful transaction
Recognized search engines may index public pages in the ordinary course. The Prohibited Ads Policy and any Island-specific rules are incorporated into these Terms.
7. CONTENT REVIEW AND REMOVAL
Freak Sites may, but is not required to, review content before or after publication. We may reject, recategorize, restrict, unpublish, archive, suspend, or remove content when we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, another policy, applicable law, another person’s rights, an Island’s purpose, or creates fraud, safety, security, payment, or legal concerns.
Publishing a Parking Spot does not mean Freak Sites verified the user, ownership, product, property, service, price, condition, license, claim, or proposed transaction.
We may make reasonable good-faith moderation decisions without being required to decide private ownership disputes or act as a court.
8. USER-TO-USER CONTACT AND TRANSACTIONS
Freak Sites provides advertising and communication pages. Any contact, negotiation, payment, contract, transfer, rental, booking, sale, service, or other transaction between users is solely between those users.
Freak Sites does not guarantee another user’s identity, authority, ownership, title, condition, licensing, ability to pay, truthfulness, safety, delivery, performance, or completion of a transaction.
Before sending money or completing a transaction, users should conduct appropriate due diligence, including where relevant:
- Verifying the other person or business
- Confirming ownership and authority
- Inspecting the product, property, vehicle, service, or documentation
- Reviewing contracts and payment arrangements
- Checking licenses, permits, insurance, title, history, or legal eligibility
- Obtaining professional advice when appropriate
- Complying with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws
Different Islands involve different subjects and laws. An Island’s existence does not mean every advertised item, activity, service, or transaction is lawful in every location.
9. AFFILIATE PROGRAMS, COOKIES, AND ORDER ATTRIBUTION
Participating Islands may operate separate Affiliate Programs. Applying to an Affiliate Program is free and separate from purchasing a Parking Spot. Affiliate participation is subject to approval.
Freak Sites uses ordinary browser cookies and related technologies as part of normal website operation, including login and account functions, security, spam prevention, order processing, WooCommerce order attribution, and affiliate referral tracking.
Affiliate referrals may be tracked through standard referral links, cookies, customer-account connections, and available transaction records. Cookies can be blocked, deleted, replaced, restricted, or affected by browser settings, device changes, another qualifying referral, or technical limitations.
Blocking or preventing cookies may interfere with login functions, order attribution, embedded content, purchases, affiliate tracking, or the ability to credit a qualifying purchase to an affiliate.
A click or free registration does not create a commission. Commissions arise only from qualifying paid purchases that are properly tracked or attributed under the current Affiliate Terms.
Purchasing a Parking Spot does not automatically make someone an affiliate. Joining one Island Affiliate Program does not automatically enroll that person on another Island. Affiliate participation, commissions, assigned customer relationships, payout requirements, and promotional rules are governed by the current Affiliate Terms and Legal & Earnings Disclosure.
Affiliates must promote Freak Sites truthfully and use a clear disclosure such as: “As a [Name of Island] Affiliate, I may earn from qualifying purchases.”
Additional information about cookies and related information practices is available in the Freak Sites Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these practices, please do not use the applicable website.
10. STORYDRIVE™ AND OPTIONAL SERVICES
StoryDrive™ is an optional distribution product purchased separately from a Parking Spot. A StoryDrive™ package may guarantee a stated number of views under the package terms shown at purchase.
A view guarantee does not guarantee leads, inquiries, sales, customers, rankings, affiliate registrations, commissions, profit, or income.
Video Features, including the YouTube Video Package, and other optional services are governed by the description, price, delivery terms, and limitations shown on the applicable product page or checkout page.
11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, LINKS, AND EMBEDS
Freak Sites may use or display third-party services such as payment processors, email providers, maps, social-media links, YouTube or Rumble videos, embedded players, and other WordPress plugins or integrations.
Third parties control their own services, availability, security, privacy practices, content, and terms. A link or embed does not mean Freak Sites owns, verifies, or endorses the third party.
Embedded content may stop displaying if the original provider or uploader removes it, restricts it, changes its settings, or discontinues the service.
Our Privacy Policy explains how Freak Sites uses account information, cookies, logs, payment-related data, and other information associated with the service.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONTENT RIGHTS
Freak Sites, Island names, domains, logos, designs, original text, StoryDrive™, and other company branding or materials are owned by or licensed to Freak Sites, Inc.
You may make truthful, non-misleading references to an Island and may use authorized affiliate or sharing materials. You may not impersonate Freak Sites, create confusion, register confusingly similar accounts or domains, or use company intellectual property without permission.
You are responsible for making sure you own or have permission to use every photograph, image, video, logo, written passage, and other item you post.
If another person reasonably claims that your content violates their ownership or other legal rights, you must provide evidence of your right to use it or remove it. Freak Sites may remove or restrict disputed content while the issue is reviewed.
Questions or complaints concerning content may be sent to support@freaksites.com with the URL of the Parking Spot and enough information to identify the disputed material and explain the concern.
Freak Sites is not required to determine who ultimately owns disputed material or to act as a court between private parties.
13. SERVICE AVAILABILITY, CHANGES, AND ACCOUNT ACTIONS
Freak Sites may update, repair, improve, rename, transfer, combine, suspend, or discontinue an Island, category, feature, plugin, theme, payment method, URL, account tool, affiliate tool, or other part of the service.
We do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of every Island or feature, permanent retention of every URL, or that data can never be lost.
We may suspend or terminate accounts, content, purchases, affiliate participation, or access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, prevent fraud or harm, address payment disputes, protect users or the platform, comply with law, or discontinue a service.
You may stop using the service at any time. Suspension, removal, or termination does not automatically create a right to a refund.
14. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freak Sites and each Island are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Freak Sites does not guarantee that user content is accurate, users are trustworthy, transactions will succeed, a Parking Spot will receive traffic, affiliate tracking will always work, third-party services will remain available, or the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freak Sites, Inc. and its officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, sales, opportunities, commissions, data, or goodwill; or losses caused by user content, user transactions, third-party conduct, external links, embedded content, service interruption, content removal, or inability to use the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freak Sites’ total liability for a claim will not exceed the total amount you paid through the applicable Island during the twelve months before the event giving rise to that claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited or waived.
15. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR CLAIMS
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Freak Sites, Inc. and its officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your content, your products or services, your transaction with another user, your affiliate activity, your violation of law, your violation of another person’s rights, or your material breach of these Terms.
This section does not require you to indemnify Freak Sites for claims caused solely by Freak Sites’ own unlawful conduct where indemnification is prohibited by law.
16. U.S. MARKET AND SERVICE AREA
Freak Sites is operated from the United States, and its websites, products, advertising services, Affiliate Programs, and other commercial services are intended for users and customers in the United States.
Freak Sites does not intentionally market its commercial services to residents of foreign jurisdictions.
Freak Sites websites may be publicly accessible through the Internet from locations outside the United States. Public accessibility does not mean that Freak Sites intentionally offers its commercial services in every jurisdiction from which a website can be viewed.
If you are located in a jurisdiction whose requirements are incompatible with the normal operation of the website, please do not create an account, purchase a product, participate in an Affiliate Program, submit content, or otherwise use the commercial services.
Users remain responsible for complying with laws that apply to them, their content, and their transactions.
17. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, legal proceedings arising from these Terms or the service will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Doña Ana County, New Mexico.
Before filing litigation, the parties agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally. This does not prevent an eligible small-claims case, a request for emergency relief, a report to a government agency, or the exercise of rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
18. CHANGES AND OTHER POLICIES
Freak Sites may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Changes generally apply prospectively, although continued hosting, accounts, features, and platform use may be governed by the current version where permitted by law.
Other policies may apply, including:
- Advertising Terms
- Advertising Refund Policy
- Prohibited Ads Policy
- Privacy Policy
- Affiliate Terms and Conditions
- Legal & Earnings Disclosure
- Product-specific terms
- Island-specific rules
- Checkout disclosures
If documents conflict, the more specific terms control the specific issue: Affiliate Terms control affiliate matters; Advertising Terms and the Advertising Refund Policy control advertising and refund matters; product or Island terms control that product or Island; and these Terms control general platform use.
If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision once does not waive the right to enforce it later. These Terms and incorporated policies form the agreement between you and Freak Sites concerning the service.
