FREAK SITES™ ADVERTISING TERMS

These Advertising Terms govern Parking Spots and optional advertising services purchased through participating Freak Sites™ Islands operated by Freak Sites, Inc.
FreakSites.com is the network’s informational home base. The individual Islands provide the advertising products. CoolCarGuy.com is a separate business with its own applicable terms.
In these Terms, Freak Sites, Inc. may be called Freak Sites, we, us, or our. Customers purchasing or managing advertisements may be called advertisers or you.
By purchasing or publishing advertising on a participating Island, you agree to the applicable Advertising Terms, general Terms and Conditions, Advertising Refund Policy, Prohibited Ads Policy, and any additional Island-specific or product-specific terms.
1. THE PRODUCT
The standard advertising product is called a Parking Spot.
A Parking Spot is one full-page online advertisement on a participating niche website.
Current standard price: $7 one time.
A standard Parking Spot currently includes:
- One dedicated advertising page with its own URL
- Up to 25 photographs
- Up to 30,000 characters of writing
- Up to two supported embedded videos
- Relevant website and social-media links
- Contact information and pricing
- Offers and calls to action
- A public view counter
- Available editing and updating tools
- Connection to the advertiser’s public profile
Parking Spots may advertise businesses, products, services, vehicles, properties, events, publications, stories and other subjects permitted on the particular Island.
The purchased product is the advertising page itself, not a guaranteed advertising result.
2. EACH PARKING SPOT IS A SEPARATE PURCHASE
Each standard Parking Spot costs $7 at the current advertised price and must be purchased individually.
Purchasing one Parking Spot does not provide unlimited advertising pages, additional Parking Spots, or access to paid advertising products throughout the entire Freak Sites network.
Each purchase applies to the Island where the product was purchased.
Customer accounts, Parking Spots, optional services, Affiliate Programs, purchase records and commissions are managed separately on participating Islands unless expressly provided otherwise.
Multiple Parking Spots connected to a customer’s profile may collectively form a Garage or Channel. Each page remains a separate purchased advertising product.
3. NO SUBSCRIPTION OR SCHEDULED EXPIRATION
A standard $7 Parking Spot does not require a subscription.
- No scheduled monthly payment
- No scheduled annual renewal
- No scheduled expiration date
An eligible Parking Spot may remain published until removed by the advertiser or otherwise restricted or removed under applicable policies.
Continued publication depends on account status, payment status, lawful and accurate content, technical availability, current Island policies, and continued operation of the website.
No scheduled expiration does not mean permanent ownership of website space or guaranteed lifetime hosting.
4. ADVERTISER RESPONSIBILITIES
Advertisers are responsible for the information and materials they publish.
By submitting a Parking Spot, you confirm that:
- You have the authority to advertise the subject.
- Material facts, including prices, availability, descriptions, locations and contact information, are accurate.
- You own or have permission to use the photographs, videos, writing, logos and other materials you publish.
- Your advertisement is not fraudulent, unlawful or materially misleading.
- Required advertising, sponsorship and affiliate disclosures are provided.
- Information is updated when material circumstances change.
- You comply with all laws, licensing requirements and regulations applicable to your activity.
Each Island serves a different niche. The existence of an advertising category does not mean every product, service or transaction is permitted in every location.
5. CONTENT OWNERSHIP AND PERMITTED USE
You retain ownership of original content you create.
By submitting that content to a Freak Sites Island, you grant Freak Sites, Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, host, resize, format, excerpt, index, distribute and promote the content as reasonably necessary to operate the website and provide the advertising service.
This permission includes ordinary promotional uses such as previews, thumbnails, search listings and social-media sharing related to the Parking Spot or Island.
You may not submit material that violates another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other legal rights.
External links, including affiliate links, must be relevant, lawful and accurately presented. Links may not be used for malware, impersonation, phishing, deceptive data collection or prohibited transactions.
Content-rights complaints may be submitted under the current Freak Sites reporting procedures.
6. EDITING, UPDATING AND COMPLETED ADVERTISEMENTS
Advertisers may use available editing tools to improve or update an existing Parking Spot.
Editing privileges are intended for maintaining the original advertised subject.
Purchasing one Parking Spot does not give an advertiser the right to replace it repeatedly with unrelated advertisements to avoid purchasing additional Parking Spots.
Material changes to prices, availability, conditions, business information, dates or advertised offers should be reflected in the Parking Spot.
When an advertised subject is sold, rented, completed, discontinued or otherwise unavailable, the advertiser should update, remove or appropriately archive the page.
Where suitable, a completed advertisement may remain as an accurate historical story, portfolio example or archival page.
Freak Sites may identify or restrict outdated, unavailable or completed listings when reasonably necessary.
7. VIEWS, SEARCH ENGINES AND ADVERTISING RESULTS
Parking Spots may display a public view counter.
Recorded page views are informational measurements. They are not necessarily unique individuals and may reflect repeat visits, technical filtering, automated activity, caching or other measurement limitations.
Freak Sites may permit search engines and social networks to discover publicly accessible Parking Spots, but does not control indexing decisions, rankings, search traffic or outside-platform distribution.
Purchasing a standard $7 Parking Spot does not guarantee:
- A minimum number of views
- Unique website visitors
- Search-engine placement
- Telephone calls or inquiries
- Leads or bookings
- Customers or completed sales
- Affiliate commissions
- Revenue, profit or income
THE PARKING SPOT IS THE PRODUCT. WHAT IT PRODUCES DEPENDS ON THE ADVERTISEMENT, THE AUDIENCE AND HOW IT IS PROMOTED.
8. STORYDRIVE™ 1000
StoryDrive™ is an optional promotional and distribution service purchased separately from a standard Parking Spot.
The currently advertised StoryDrive™ 1000 package costs $25 one time.
The product is designed to increase the public view counter of one active, eligible Parking Spot by 1,000 additional recorded views.
A StoryDrive™ campaign may involve:
- One selected, active and eligible Parking Spot
- Documentation of the public counter when the campaign begins
- A commitment to 1,000 additional recorded page views
- Promotion through available distribution methods
- Measurement through the Parking Spot’s public view counter
Recorded views are not represented as 1,000 different people. Returning visitors and other qualifying page views may contribute to the recorded total under the applicable product terms.
The advertiser must maintain an active, publicly accessible and policy-compliant Parking Spot during the campaign.
Delivery timing, make-good arrangements, eligibility, transfers, early termination and other fulfillment conditions are governed by the specific Island’s current StoryDrive™ product terms and checkout disclosures.
Any delivery commitment or remedy stated at the time of an earlier purchase remains subject to the terms applicable to that transaction.
StoryDrive™ does not guarantee inquiries, unique buyers, sales, customer conversions, bookings, search rankings, affiliate commissions, profit or income.
The $7 Parking Spot may be purchased and used without StoryDrive™.
9. VIDEO SPOTLIGHT AND OTHER OPTIONAL SERVICES
Video Spotlight is an optional promotional service available where offered by a participating Island.
The currently advertised Video Spotlight price is $49 one time.
For the current finished-video placement offering, the advertiser supplies an existing completed video for review and approval.
Where the advertised package includes YouTube and Rumble placement, the approved video may be published through the designated Freak Sites channels, with a link to the eligible Parking Spot.
The specific product page determines the supported video duration, format, publication channels, delivery details and other requirements.
Video Spotlight is not a full video-production service.
Unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise, the standard placement purchase does not include filming, original scriptwriting, animation, narration or production of a new commercial.
Freak Sites may review proposed videos for subject relevance, quality, rights clearance, accuracy, technical requirements and compliance with applicable policies.
Freak Sites retains reasonable editorial control over approved publication, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, presentation and scheduling, subject to the specific purchased service.
Video Spotlight and other promotional services do not guarantee a particular number of video views, subscribers, customers, inquiries, sales or financial results.
Additional services, if offered, have their own prices and terms.
10. PAYMENTS, REFUNDS AND CHARGEBACKS
Customers agree to pay the price presented at checkout and authorize the applicable payment processor to complete the transaction.
The customer is responsible for accurate billing information and any applicable taxes or third-party charges.
Access to an advertising product or the purchased promotional service may begin after payment is accepted.
Refunds, credits, service corrections and related remedies are governed by the current Advertising Refund Policy, the applicable product and checkout terms, and applicable law.
Disappointing advertising performance alone does not establish entitlement to a refund.
Customers should contact Freak Sites support to investigate legitimate billing problems before initiating a payment dispute, where practical.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in restriction or removal of affected advertising, suspension of accounts, reversal of associated affiliate commissions or limitations on further purchases, as permitted by applicable law.
11. MODERATION, RESTRICTIONS AND REMOVAL
Freak Sites reserves the right to review, reject, reclassify, restrict, suspend, unpublish, archive or remove advertising content when reasonably necessary.
Reasons may include:
- Illegal, deceptive, fraudulent or prohibited content
- Materially inaccurate or outdated advertising
- Spam, duplicated advertisements or category misuse
- Infringement of another person’s legal rights
- Security, payment or technical problems
- Abusive user conduct or prohibited links
- Violations of Island policies or applicable law
- Failure to provide reasonably requested supporting information
- Closure or material modification of an Island or service
Publishing an advertisement does not constitute verification or endorsement of the advertiser, product, service, condition, ownership or proposed transaction.
12. FREAK SITES IS NOT A PARTY TO ADVERTISER TRANSACTIONS
Freak Sites provides online advertising and publishing services.
Unless specifically agreed otherwise, Freak Sites is not a party to transactions that occur between advertisers and third parties.
Freak Sites is not acting as the buyer, seller, dealer, broker, landlord, tenant, booking provider, travel agent, lender, insurer, inspector, appraiser, contractor, escrow provider or other transaction participant merely by hosting a Parking Spot.
Advertisers and customers are responsible for their own research, verification, negotiations, legal agreements, payments, transfers, licenses, taxes and other transaction obligations.
13. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY AND SERVICE CHANGES
Freak Sites may update, maintain, repair, modify, rename, combine, transfer, suspend or discontinue an Island, feature, category, service, plugin, payment option or other platform component.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted hosting, permanent availability of every feature or URL, continuing compatibility with third-party services, or protection against every possible technical failure or data loss.
Reasonable efforts may be taken to maintain existing advertising during ordinary website changes, but continued operation of any Internet service cannot be guaranteed indefinitely.
14. DISCLAIMERS, LIABILITY AND ADVERTISER CLAIMS
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, advertising services are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Freak Sites does not guarantee error-free operation, specific view-counter accuracy, permanent search visibility, successful third-party transactions or particular financial outcomes.
To the extent permitted by law, Freak Sites, Inc., its officers, employees, contractors and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
This includes lost sales, profits, commissions, business opportunities, data or goodwill, and losses associated with user content, external links, third-party transactions, service interruption or content removal, to the extent such exclusions are legally permitted.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Freak Sites’ aggregate liability for an advertising claim is limited to the total amount paid by the claimant through the applicable Island during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The advertiser remains responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for third-party claims resulting from the advertiser’s content, representations, products, services, transactions, rights violations, unlawful actions or material breach of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
15. CHANGES, GOVERNING LAW AND CONTACT
Freak Sites may update these Advertising Terms by posting a revised version with an updated effective date.
The product description, checkout disclosures and applicable terms in effect when a customer purchases a service govern that transaction, together with subsequent changes lawfully applicable to continued hosting, account access, platform security and operation.
These Advertising Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, legal proceedings shall take place in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Doña Ana County, New Mexico.
The parties agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve disputes informally before litigation.

- The standard Parking Spot offers up to 25 photographs, 30,000 characters and two supported video embeds.
- There is no scheduled subscription, renewal or expiration.
- You may update the same advertised subject, subject to the applicable rules.
- Additional, unrelated advertisements require additional Parking Spots.
- Only publish content you own or have permission to use.
- Keep your advertising lawful, accurate and relevant to the Island.
- StoryDrive™ 1000 is an optional $25 promotional product where offered.
- Video Spotlight is an optional $49 finished-video placement product where offered.
- Optional services are subject to their own published product and fulfillment terms.
- Freak Sites provides advertising, not guaranteed business results.
- Freak Sites is not a party to ordinary transactions between advertisers and their customers.
