Freak Sites™ allows users to create Parking Spots containing photographs, writing, videos, logos, links, business information, and other material.
The person who posts content is responsible for making sure they own it, have permission to use it, hold an applicable license, or have another lawful basis for publishing it.
Post only photographs, images, writing, videos, logos, and other material you own or have permission to use.
FREAK SITES DOES NOT VERIFY EVERY ITEM
Freak Sites does not investigate the ownership or permission history of every photograph, sentence, logo, video, or other item submitted to every Island.
Publishing a Parking Spot does not mean that Freak Sites verified, licensed, approved, or endorsed everything included on the page.
Users must remove or correct material when they learn that they do not have the right to use it.
HOW TO REPORT A CONCERN
If you believe content displayed on a Freak Sites Island violates rights that you own or are authorized to protect, send a clear email to:

Please include:
- Your name and contact information
- The name of the Freak Sites Island involved
- The exact Parking Spot or page URL
- A description of the specific photograph, image, text, video, logo, or other material involved
- Why you believe you own the material or are authorized to act for the owner
- Any useful supporting information, such as the original source, publication, license, or authorized location
A general statement such as “someone copied my work” may not provide enough information to locate or evaluate the material. Please identify the exact page and exact item involved.
Do not send passwords, complete payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, government identification, or unrelated confidential information.
WHAT MAY HAPPEN NEXT
After receiving a reasonably specific complaint, Freak Sites may:
- Review the identified page or material
- Ask the complaining person for additional information
- Contact the user who posted the material
- Ask the user for evidence of ownership, permission, licensing, or another lawful basis for use
- Temporarily hide, restrict, or remove the disputed material
- Require the user to remove or replace it
- Restore the material when the concern appears resolved
- Restrict or terminate an account that repeatedly posts material the user cannot lawfully use
Submitting a complaint does not guarantee immediate or permanent removal. Freak Sites may reject complaints that are vague, unsupported, fraudulent, abusive, or unrelated to content ownership or use.
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE USER WHO POSTED IT
If your content is challenged, you must be prepared to show that you created it, own it, received permission, hold a license, or otherwise have the right to use it.
If you cannot establish a reasonable basis for using the disputed material, you must remove or replace it.
Reposting material that was removed, providing false ownership information, or creating additional accounts to continue the same conduct may result in removal of the Parking Spot or restriction of the account.
THIRD-PARTY VIDEOS AND EMBEDS
A Parking Spot may display a video or other media through YouTube, Rumble, Vimeo, TikTok, or another third-party service. That material normally remains hosted and controlled by the original platform or uploader.
If a concern involves embedded media, identify both the Freak Sites page and the original platform URL when available. The concern may also need to be reported directly to the platform that hosts the material.
FREAK SITES DOES NOT DECIDE PRIVATE OWNERSHIP DISPUTES
Freak Sites may remove or restrict material to protect an Island, its users, or the company, but Freak Sites is not required to determine final ownership, authorship, licensing rights, fair use, contract rights, or other disputed legal questions.
People involved in a genuine ownership dispute may need to resolve it directly, through their attorneys, or through an appropriate legal process.
This page is a practical way to report a content concern. It does not provide legal advice, create an attorney-client relationship, or waive any legal rights or defenses.
THE SIMPLE VERSION
- Use your own content.
- Get permission before using someone else’s work.
- Identify the exact page and material when reporting a concern.
- Be prepared to prove that you have the right to post challenged material.
- Remove it if you cannot.
- Do not submit false or abusive complaints.
