FREAK SITES™ ADVERTISING REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to Parking Spots and optional promotional services purchased through FreakSites.com and any current or future Freak Sites™ Island that links to it.
Freak Sites sells online advertising services. The standard product is one full-page Parking Spot for $7. StoryDrive™, Video Features, and other optional services are purchased separately.
We do not promise refunds merely because an advertisement did not produce the result someone hoped for. We do correct genuine billing mistakes and verified service failures.
1. THE $7 PARKING SPOT
A standard $7 Parking Spot purchase is generally final once payment is accepted and access to create or publish the Parking Spot is provided.
The service has been made available even if you later decide not to finish, publish, use, share, or maintain the Parking Spot.
A refund is not normally provided because you changed your mind, no longer need the advertisement, sold or completed the advertised subject, selected the wrong category, entered incorrect information, did not promote the page, received fewer views than expected, or did not receive inquiries, customers, sales, commissions, or income.
When reasonably possible, Freak Sites may help correct a category, account, Parking Spot, or technical issue instead of issuing a refund.
2. WHEN A REFUND OR CREDIT MAY BE APPROPRIATE
Freak Sites may provide a refund, partial refund, account credit, replacement service, or correction when appropriate, including for:
- A verified duplicate charge
- An incorrect charge amount
- A transaction you did not authorize
- A purchased service Freak Sites cannot provide
- A Parking Spot rejected before meaningful access or service is provided
- A technical problem that prevents access and cannot reasonably be corrected
- Another verified billing or service failure
- A refund required by applicable law
The appropriate remedy depends on the particular problem. Providing a refund, credit, correction, or replacement in one situation does not require the same remedy in every situation.
3. STORYDRIVE™
StoryDrive™ is an optional view-distribution service purchased separately from the $7 Parking Spot.
A StoryDrive™ purchase becomes non-refundable once campaign preparation or delivery begins, except where the applicable product terms or law require otherwise.
At the time of this update, StoryDrive™ may guarantee delivery of the purchased number of views within 45 days. If the guaranteed number is not delivered within the applicable period, the current remedy may be an account credit of $0.20 for each undelivered guaranteed view.
StoryDrive™ guarantees the stated view delivery and remedy only. It does not guarantee inquiries, leads, customers, sales, bookings, affiliate registrations, commissions, profit, or income.
4. VIDEO FEATURES AND OTHER CUSTOM SERVICES
A Video Feature or other custom promotional service becomes non-refundable once meaningful work begins.
Meaningful work may include research, planning, writing, script preparation, recording, editing, production, scheduling, uploading, or publication.
The product page, checkout page, or separate written agreement controls the price, scope, revision limits, delivery, and any product-specific refund terms.
Removal, restriction, demonetization, suspension, or technical failure by YouTube, Rumble, social media, or another third-party platform does not automatically create a refund right.
5. POLICY VIOLATIONS
A Parking Spot, account, or promotional service may be rejected, restricted, suspended, unpublished, or removed if it violates the Advertising Terms, Prohibited Ads Policy, Terms and Conditions, Island-specific rules, applicable law, payment-processor requirements, or another person’s rights.
A removal or suspension caused by the advertiser’s policy violation does not normally create a right to a refund.
6. BILLING ERRORS AND DUPLICATE CHARGES
Contact Freak Sites promptly if you believe you were charged more than once, charged the wrong amount, billed for something you did not authorize, or affected by another payment error.
We may review the account, transaction number, processor record, order history, and other reasonably available information.
A verified billing problem may be corrected through a refund, partial refund, account credit, replacement service, or another appropriate remedy.
7. HOW TO REQUEST HELP

Please include:
- The Island involved
- Your account email address
- The transaction date
- The order or transaction number, if available
- The product purchased and amount charged
- A clear description of the problem
Do not email passwords, complete payment-card numbers, card security codes, Social Security numbers, government identification, or unnecessary sensitive information.
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval, but legitimate billing and service concerns will be reviewed reasonably.
8. CHARGEBACKS
Please contact Freak Sites before filing a chargeback so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve a legitimate billing concern.
A fraudulent or abusive chargeback involving a valid purchase may result in removal of the related Parking Spot, suspension of the account, cancellation of optional services, reversal of related affiliate commissions, restriction of future purchases, or submission of transaction and service records to the payment processor.
Nothing in this Policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
9. AFFILIATE COMMISSION ADJUSTMENTS
If a purchase is refunded, reversed, charged back, canceled, or determined to be fraudulent, any related affiliate commission may be rejected, reduced, reversed, deducted from an unpaid balance, or deducted from future commissions under the current Affiliate Terms.
10. PAYMENT PROCESSING TIME
Approved refunds may be processed through Stripe, PayPal, or another payment provider. Freak Sites does not control how quickly a bank, card issuer, or payment provider posts an approved refund.
THE SIMPLE VERSION
- The standard $7 Parking Spot is generally final once access is provided.
- Changing your mind or receiving disappointing results does not normally create a refund.
- Verified duplicate charges, billing errors, unauthorized transactions, and genuine service failures will be reviewed.
- StoryDrive™ and custom services have their own delivery and refund rules.
- Policy violations do not normally create a refund right.
