FREAK SITES™ ADVERTISING TERMS

These Advertising Terms apply to the purchase and use of Parking Spots and optional promotional services on FreakSites.com and any current or future Freak Sites™ Island that links to them.
Freak Sites, Inc. may be referred to as Freak Sites, we, us, or our. A person or business purchasing or managing advertising may be referred to as you, your, or the advertiser.
By purchasing, submitting, or maintaining advertising, you agree to these Advertising Terms, the general Terms and Conditions, the Advertising Refund Policy, the Prohibited Ads Policy, and any Island-specific or checkout terms that apply.
1. THE PRODUCT
The standard Freak Sites advertising product is one full-page online advertisement called a Parking Spot.
At the time of this update, one standard Parking Spot costs $7 and may include its own page and URL, up to 25 photographs, up to 14,000 characters, up to two supported embedded videos, relevant links, contact information, pricing, calls to action, a public view counter, and available editing tools.
You are buying the advertising page—not a promised result.
A Parking Spot may be used to advertise, showcase, explain, preserve, or tell the story of a subject permitted by the applicable Island.
2. EACH PARKING SPOT IS A SEPARATE PURCHASE
Each $7 Parking Spot is purchased individually. Buying one Parking Spot does not create unlimited advertisements or advertising access across the entire Freak Sites network.
A purchase normally applies only to the Island where it was made. An account, Parking Spot, balance, optional service, or Affiliate Program on one Island does not automatically transfer to another Island.
Several Parking Spots connected to one profile may form a Garage or Channel, but each Parking Spot remains a separate advertising product.
3. NO SUBSCRIPTION OR SCHEDULED EXPIRATION
There is no subscription solely for the standard Parking Spot.
There are no scheduled renewal charges.
There is no scheduled expiration.
A Parking Spot may remain live until you remove it, subject to account status, payment status, these Terms, current policies, lawful content, technical availability, and continued operation of the applicable Island.
“No scheduled expiration” means the Parking Spot does not automatically expire merely because a week, month, or year has passed. It does not mean that you own website space, a domain name, a page address, or permanent hosting forever.
4. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AS THE ADVERTISER
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content of every Parking Spot submitted through your account.
You agree that:
- You have authority to advertise the subject
- Your description, price, identity, location, availability, and material facts are accurate
- You own or have permission to use every photograph, image, video, logo, written passage, link, and other item you post
- Your Parking Spot is not false, deceptive, fraudulent, materially incomplete, or unlawful
- You will make disclosures required for your business, offer, affiliate link, endorsement, sponsorship, or transaction
- You will correct information that becomes inaccurate
- You will comply with laws, licenses, permits, and rules that apply to you and the advertised subject
Different Islands involve different subjects and laws. The existence of a category does not mean that every advertised item, service, activity, or transaction is lawful in every location.
5. PHOTOS, VIDEOS, LINKS, AND CONTENT RIGHTS
You keep ownership of original content you create. You give Freak Sites a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to host, store, format, resize, display, index, excerpt, share, and promote that content as reasonably necessary to publish your Parking Spot and operate or promote the applicable Island.
This may include creating thumbnails, displaying the Parking Spot in search results, sharing the page on social media, and using a reasonable excerpt or image to promote the Island or Freak Sites.
You may not post content you do not own or have permission to use. Content-rights concerns are handled under the current Report a Content Rights Concern page.
External and affiliate links must be lawful, relevant, functional, and consistent with the Parking Spot. They may not conceal their destination, distribute malware, impersonate another party, collect information deceptively, or direct visitors to prohibited or materially unrelated content.
6. EDITING, UPDATING, AND SOLD PARKING SPOTS
Available editing tools allow you to update the same advertised subject. Unlimited edits do not mean that one Parking Spot may be repeatedly replaced with unrelated advertisements to avoid purchasing another $7 Parking Spot.
You are responsible for updating a Parking Spot when the price, availability, contact information, condition, event date, offer, or another material fact changes.
When something is sold, completed, rented, booked, retired, or no longer available, you may remove the Parking Spot or convert it into an accurate story, archive, portfolio page, or historical record where appropriate.
Freak Sites may mark content sold, completed, unavailable, inactive, archived, or otherwise closed when reasonably necessary.
7. VIEWS, SEARCH ENGINES, AND RESULTS
Parking Spots may include a public view counter. View counts are informational and may be affected by repeat visits, automated traffic, filtering, privacy settings, caching, security tools, administrative activity, and technical limitations.
Freak Sites may make public Parking Spots available to search engines and social platforms, but does not control whether a page is indexed, where it ranks, how a link is displayed, or how much outside traffic it receives.
A standard $7 Parking Spot does not guarantee a specific number of views, clicks, inquiries, offers, bookings, customers, sales, affiliate registrations, commissions, profit, or income.
THE PAGE IS THE PRODUCT. PERFORMANCE DEPENDS ON WHAT IS POSTED AND HOW IT IS PROMOTED.
8. STORYDRIVE™
StoryDrive™ is an optional distribution service purchased separately from the $7 Parking Spot.
At the time of this update, available packages may include 300 views for $99, 500 views for $149, or 750 views for $199. The applicable product page and checkout page control the current package, price, and delivery terms.
A StoryDrive™ campaign is intended to deliver the stated number of qualifying views within 45 days unless the product page states otherwise. If the guaranteed number is not delivered within the applicable period, the current remedy may be an account credit of $0.20 for each undelivered guaranteed view.
StoryDrive™ guarantees only the stated view delivery and remedy. It does not guarantee leads, inquiries, sales, customers, bookings, commissions, profit, income, social engagement, or search ranking.
9. VIDEO FEATURES AND OTHER OPTIONAL SERVICES
A Video Feature or other optional promotional product is purchased separately. The product page or written agreement controls its price, scope, format, delivery, revision limits, and other terms.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, Freak Sites controls the reasonable editorial format, narration, title, length, presentation, editing, publication timing, channel placement, thumbnail, and description of a Video Feature.
Optional promotional services do not guarantee a particular number of views, subscribers, followers, leads, sales, commissions, or income unless a specific written guarantee says otherwise.
10. PAYMENTS, REFUNDS, AND CHARGEBACKS
You agree to pay the price shown at checkout and authorize the payment processor to charge the payment method you provide. You are responsible for accurate billing information and any taxes or third-party fees that apply to you.
The advertising service may begin when payment is accepted and access to create the Parking Spot or use the purchased service is provided.
Refunds are governed by the current Advertising Refund Policy, checkout disclosures, product-specific terms, and applicable law. Advertising results alone do not create a refund right.
Please contact support before filing a chargeback so legitimate billing problems can be investigated. A fraudulent or abusive payment dispute may result in removal of the related Parking Spot, suspension of the account, reversal of related affiliate commissions, or restriction of future purchases.
11. MODERATION AND REMOVAL
Freak Sites may review, reject, recategorize, restrict, unpublish, archive, suspend, or remove a Parking Spot when reasonably necessary.
Reasons may include:
- Illegal, prohibited, deceptive, fraudulent, dangerous, or infringing content
- Materially inaccurate or outdated information
- Spam, duplicate content, category misuse, abusive conduct, or prohibited links
- Content-rights, licensing, ownership, safety, security, or technical concerns
- Failed payments, chargebacks, or policy violations
- A request for information or proof that is not reasonably answered
- Discontinuation or material change of an Island or service
Publication does not mean Freak Sites verified or endorsed the advertiser, the advertised subject, or any resulting transaction.
12. FREAK SITES IS NOT A PARTY TO USER TRANSACTIONS
Freak Sites provides the advertising page. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Freak Sites is not the buyer, seller, broker, dealer, landlord, tenant, travel agent, booking provider, employer, contractor, escrow service, inspector, appraiser, lender, insurer, or other party to a transaction between users.
Advertisers and visitors are responsible for their own due diligence, inspections, identity checks, ownership verification, title review, contracts, payments, delivery, taxes, insurance, permits, licenses, and compliance with applicable law.
13. SERVICE CHANGES AND AVAILABILITY
Freak Sites may update, repair, rename, transfer, combine, suspend, or discontinue an Island, category, feature, URL, plugin, payment method, editing tool, photo limit, video feature, or other service.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of every feature or URL, permanent compatibility with every third-party service, or that data can never be lost.
Reasonable efforts may be made to preserve active Parking Spots during ordinary platform changes, but no website or technology can be promised forever.
14. DISCLAIMERS, LIABILITY, AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR CLAIMS
To the fullest extent permitted by law, advertising products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Freak Sites does not warrant uninterrupted operation, exact view counts, permanent search placement, error-free service, successful transactions, or a particular advertising result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freak Sites, Inc. and its officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, sales, opportunities, commissions, data, or goodwill; or losses arising from user content, user transactions, external links, embedded media, service interruption, content removal, or inability to use the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freak Sites’ total liability for an advertising claim will not exceed the total amount you paid through the applicable Island during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to be responsible for third-party claims arising from your Parking Spot, your content, your product or service, your transaction, your violation of law, your violation of another person’s rights, or your material breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Advertising Terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited or waived.
15. CHANGES, GOVERNING LAW, AND CONTACT
Freak Sites may update these Advertising Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. The product description and terms displayed when you complete a purchase govern that purchase, together with later changes lawfully applicable to continued hosting, account access, security, or platform use.
These Advertising Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, legal proceedings will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Doña Ana County, New Mexico. The parties agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve disputes informally before filing litigation.

Please identify the Island, account email, Parking Spot, transaction, and issue involved. Do not send passwords, complete payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, or unnecessary sensitive information.
THE SIMPLE VERSION
- One $7 purchase buys one Parking Spot.
- The Parking Spot is the product; a particular result is not guaranteed.
- There is no subscription, scheduled renewal, or scheduled expiration for the standard Parking Spot.
- Keep the same Parking Spot accurate and current; use another Parking Spot for an unrelated advertisement.
- Post only content you own or have permission to use.
- Keep it honest, lawful, and relevant to the Island.
- StoryDrive™ and Video Features are separate optional services.
- Freak Sites provides the advertising page—not the transaction between users.
