This Disclosure applies to FreakSites.com and to any current or future Freak Sites™ Island that links to or incorporates it. Freak Sites, Inc. may be referred to as Freak Sites, we, us, or our.
This page explains the basic advertising product, the separate Affiliate Programs, and the earnings examples used across the Freak Sites network. It is written in plain English because the underlying product is simple.
THE PRODUCT IS A $7 PARKING SPOT
At the time of this update, the standard Freak Sites model is one full-page online advertisement—called a Parking Spot—for $7.
A standard Parking Spot may include:
- Its own page and URL
- Up to 25 photographs
- Up to 14,000 characters
- Up to two supported embedded videos
- Links, contact information, pricing, offers, and calls to action
- A public view counter
- The ability to edit and update the page
- A connection to the customer’s profile, Garage, or Channel
There is no subscription solely for the standard Parking Spot.
There are no scheduled renewal charges.
There is no scheduled expiration.
Parking Spots remain subject to the current Terms and Conditions, content policies, technical availability, and other applicable rules. A customer may create another Parking Spot whenever they have something else worth parking.
THE PARKING SPOT IS THE PRODUCT.
THE GARAGE OR CHANNEL IS WHAT YOU BUILD.
THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM IS THE INCOME ENGINE.
THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM IS FREE AND SEPARATE
Each participating Island may operate its own Affiliate Program. Applying to an Affiliate Program is separate from purchasing a Parking Spot.
- A person may purchase a $7 Parking Spot without becoming an affiliate.
- A person may apply to an Island Affiliate Program without purchasing a Parking Spot.
- Purchasing a Parking Spot does not automatically enroll anyone as an affiliate.
- Joining one Island Affiliate Program does not automatically enroll a person on another Island.
- A free registration or affiliate signup does not create a commission.
- Commissions arise only from qualifying paid product purchases that are properly tracked or attributed.
Freak Sites does not require affiliates to purchase inventory, maintain autoship orders, make monthly purchases, buy a starter package, or meet a personal purchasing quota solely to remain eligible for an Affiliate Program.
CURRENT COMMISSION STRUCTURE
Unless an Island clearly publishes a different schedule, the current Freak Sites commission structure may distribute up to 55% of one qualifying purchase across a fully connected five-position affiliate path:
- Direct Referral: 20%
- First Connected Tier: 15%
- Second Connected Tier: 10%
- Third Connected Tier: 5%
- Fourth Connected Tier: 5%
These percentages do not mean that one affiliate receives 55% or that every purchase creates five commission payments. A payment is created at a position only when an eligible affiliate occupies that position and the purchase qualifies under the current Island Affiliate Terms.
Commissions remain subject to successful payment, tracking or attribution, affiliate eligibility, refunds, chargebacks, program compliance, and the current commission schedule.
THE PROGRAM IS NEW
The $7 Parking Spot model and the connected Island Affiliate Programs are new. Freak Sites does not yet have sufficient operating history to publish average or typical affiliate earnings.
The large mathematical examples shown on some Island pages are not reports of current participant earnings. They are not based on a history of people earning the amounts displayed.
The arithmetic is accurate under the assumptions stated with each example.
The examples explain how the current commission formula would calculate if the stated number of qualifying $7 Parking Spot purchases moved through a completely connected, properly tracked affiliate path.
They are not promises, forecasts, projections, guarantees, or statements of what a participant is likely to earn.
WHAT THE MATHEMATICAL EXAMPLES ASSUME
A five-position illustration may assume that:
- Every stated position is populated exactly as shown.
- Every person separately applies for and is accepted into the applicable Island Affiliate Program.
- Every affiliate remains active and eligible.
- Every stated $7 Parking Spot purchase actually occurs.
- Every purchase qualifies for commissions.
- Tracking and customer attribution work as illustrated.
- No purchase is refunded, reversed, charged back, canceled, duplicated, or excluded.
- Product prices and commission percentages remain unchanged.
- The same purchasing and referral pattern repeats through every illustrated position.
Real activity will not develop in a perfectly balanced pattern. Some affiliates may refer no customers. Some customers may purchase once. Others may purchase additional Parking Spots. Some transactions may not qualify or may not be tracked.
MATHEMATICAL POSSIBILITY IS NOT A PROMISE OF PROBABILITY.
NO GUARANTEED INCOME
Buying a Parking Spot, joining an Affiliate Program, sharing a link, creating content, or introducing another advertiser does not guarantee commissions, profit, or income.
Some affiliates may earn commissions.
Some may earn very little.
Some may earn nothing.
A click alone does not create income. A free registration alone does not create income. A qualifying paid product purchase creates the revenue that may be shared under the applicable commission structure.
Commission figures are gross amounts before any expenses or taxes. Affiliates are responsible for evaluating their own costs, records, taxes, marketing activity, and business obligations.
THE ADVERTISING PRODUCT HAS STANDALONE VALUE
The $7 Parking Spot is not a payment for permission to recruit other people. It is an online advertising product that may be used by a customer who never joins the Affiliate Program and never refers anyone.
The value of a Parking Spot comes from the page, URL, content capacity, links, profile connection, editing tools, view counter, and its use as a shareable advertising destination.
Purchasing a standard Parking Spot does not guarantee a particular number of views, clicks, inquiries, customers, transactions, or sales unless a separate product expressly provides a specific guarantee.
STORYDRIVE™ AND OPTIONAL SERVICES
StoryDrive™ is an optional distribution service purchased separately from the $7 Parking Spot. A current StoryDrive™ package may guarantee delivery of a stated number of views under the package terms.
A view guarantee is a guarantee of the stated view delivery—not a guarantee of inquiries, leads, sales, customers, affiliate registrations, commissions, profit, search ranking, or income.
Video Features and other optional promotional services may also be offered separately. Their current price, scope, delivery terms, and limitations are shown on the applicable product or checkout page.
AFFILIATE TRACKING AND CONNECTED CUSTOMERS
Affiliate links, cookies, registrations, customer connections, and other available records may be used to attribute qualifying purchases. Tracking technology is not perfect, and clicking a link does not guarantee that every later purchase will be attributed to that affiliate.
When a customer is properly connected to an affiliate on an Island, future qualifying purchases by that customer on the same Island may create additional commissions under the current program rules.
A connected customer is not guaranteed to purchase again, and a customer connection on one Island does not automatically apply across the entire Freak Sites network.
AFFILIATE ADVERTISING AND DISCLOSURES
Affiliates must describe the product and Affiliate Program accurately. They may not present a hypothetical calculation as an actual result, promise, guaranteed income, typical income, or automatic outcome.
Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship when promoting an Island or affiliate link. A simple disclosure is:
“As a [Name of Island] Affiliate, I may earn from qualifying purchases.”
Affiliates are responsible for following applicable advertising laws, platform rules, email and messaging requirements, and the current Affiliate Terms.
USER TRANSACTIONS AND CONTENT
Freak Sites provides advertising and editorial pages. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Freak Sites is not the buyer, seller, broker, landlord, tenant, traveler, service provider, weapons dealer, transfer agent, or other party to a transaction between users.
Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their content, offers, communications, transactions, licenses, ownership, shipping, transfers, taxes, and compliance with applicable laws.
CURRENT TERMS CONTROL
Products, pricing, features, commission rates, tracking systems, customer-attribution rules, payout methods, and program requirements may change as permitted by the applicable terms.
The current Island pricing page, product page, checkout page, commission schedule, Affiliate Terms, Advertising Terms, and other official policies control over older articles, videos, screenshots, emails, social posts, or examples.
